Nature of Service
Knights provides a private, pre-booked chauffeur service with integrated close protection. Services are delivered personally and are not offered as a taxi, minicab, or on-demand transport service.
Bookings & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of service. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur the full booking fee.
Waiting & Overtime
Services are provided for the duration confirmed at the time of booking.
Should additional time be required, this may be accommodated by prior agreement and subject to availability. Any approved extension will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate, with payment arranged before the conclusion of the service.
If no extension has been agreed, the service will conclude at the scheduled end time.
Unlawful Activity
Knights does not provide services that facilitate, enable, or are connected to unlawful activity. Any request or circumstance involving illegal acts, controlled substances, or actions that expose the operator to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk will result in immediate refusal or termination of service without refund.
Scope of Service
Knights provides discreet personal support and protective awareness appropriate to a single-operator engagement. Services do not include armed protection, venue security, or law-enforcement functions.
Service Scope & Conduct
Knights reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if client behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or compromises discretion, security, or professional standards.
Safety & Discretion
Knights may adjust, suspend, or terminate a service where continuation would compromise safety, discretion, or professional judgement.
Delays & External Factors
Knights shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, airport operations, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Vehicle & Property
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment during the service.
Privacy & Discretion
All client information, movements, and engagements are treated with strict confidentiality.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
